Photo Contest Categories
A) Technology Meets Nature
Technology has greatly influenced the 21st century. In this category, we challenge you to find a way that technology is working with nature. Themes could range from a simple farmhouse windmill ‒ capturing wind to generate energy, a man-made dam ‒ diverting waterways to control flooding and extend supply, or Bonneyville Mills’s turbine wheels ‒ harnessing waterpower to grind grain and run the mill.
Go out and challenge yourself! Photographs in this category do not have to be taken within the Elkhart County Parks.
B) Nature of the Photo
Inspire with photos showcasing the wild beauty of Michiana flora and fauna. Entries in this category do not have to be taken within the Elkhart County Parks.
C) Activities in the Parks
