Scottish Oatmeal Bake Day
Bonneyville Mill produces stoneground flour the same way it has for more than 180 years. This summer, we are highlighting some of the unique products the mill makes. In June the focus is on Scottish oats. Come and see the entire progression of unprocessed oat groats through finished baked products. Learn the special qualities of Scottish oats and sample several dishes baked with it! Bake day events end when all samples are gone.
