How Do We Repair the History of City Planning?
Britt Redd, Certified Urban Planner, will use compelling visuals to explore parts of United States history that have shaped cities but are often excluded from city planning discourse. Past decisions created the racial inequities in cities that exist today. As we journey through and honor the contextual history, we’ll turn a critical eye toward policymaking and our relationships with each other to help create a path toward healing, reconciliation, and liberation.
