Jam & Jelly Preservation Workshop
Register nowIn partnership with Purdue Extension, the Elkhart County Historical Museum will be offering a Preserve it Now…Enjoy it Later: Jam & Jelly workshop, presented by Mastering Home Food Preservation instructor Abigail Creigh, HHS Extension Educator. You will learn the importance of food safety during food preservation, the necessary equipment & supplies, and the proper method to safely preserve in a boiling water bath. Each participant will assist in preparing two different jam/jelly recipes, and take home a preserved jelly jar of each.
