Wednesday Bird Walk

Early spring offers tremendous opportunities to see migrating birds of all kinds — from soaring Sandhill Cranes to a dazzling array of waterfowl, such as Blue-winged Teal, Pied-billed Grebe, and Common Goldeneye. After a hike in the prairie, we’ll head to the boardwalk to see the waterbirds in detail with the aid of our spotting scopes.

The group will head out at 8 a.m. — please plan travel time accordingly.
