Wednesday Bird Walk
Winter birds are out in full force, and those with a watchful eye can find some truly remarkable species. Bundle up and shake off the winter blues with a morning walk full of wild-winged encounters. Avian highlights might include Winter Wren, White-throated Sparrow, Barred Owl, and Pileated Woodpecker. We’ll meet at Briar Patch Shelter to observe what’s hopping at the feeders, then move out for the woodland walk. The group will head out at 8 a.m. – please plan travel time accordingly.
