Curator’s Talk

Explore a central focus of the new exhibit Crossroads: Forging at Path as museum staff discuss changing food sources for the native peoples of this area. From megafauna to wild plants to early agriculture, the way people met their needs changed from the Paleo people through the Archaic period and into the Woodland era, when we see the first truly intensive agriculture in eastern North America.
