Bonneyville Bake Day: Spelt

Bonneyville Mill has produced water-powered stone-ground flour the same way for more than 180 years. This summer and fall, we are highlighting some of the unique products the Mill makes. In October, the highlight is spelt. Favored for its digestive benefits, this ancient grain is quickly gaining popularity in the baking community. Come watch the Bonneyville Millers demonstrate the entire grinding process and sample freshly baked goods featuring spelt flour.
